Hi! My name is Trish Doble, I’m Calgarian, born and raised here, I’ve been here for and can still recall the energy of the 88 Winter Olympics, I remember the time the Flames actually won the Stanley Cup, when Ralph Klein was our mayor and that time that that the Calgary Stampede went on, through hell or high water! I’m happy to be raising my kids in the city that raised me.

I have a background as a dental assistant, an office manager, a day home provider and a new home construction cleaner, and there’s nothing I can’t do! I’m dually licensed as a mortgage agent and realtor and during my 7 years working on new home construction job sites, I developed a love for homes and saw firsthand how matching the right people with the right home creates a synergy that can’t be denied. By bringing my life/work experience and my empathic nature to the real estate experience, I can advocate with confidence on behalf of my clients and keep their best interests at the centre of every transaction.

When I’m not working, I can likely be found driving, while listening to an audiobook or podcast, drinking an Americano, either on my way to spin, pilates, yoga or to a hockey arena with one of my four kids. I’m in my element when I am serving others and strive to live authentically in all aspects of my life.

Why did you become a realtor?
I like houses and I love people! There’s room in real estate to allow me to enable and empower people to establish their home base so they can recharge and make this world a better place!
Where do you like to travel?
Anywhere new! Spain, UK and France are all filled with incredible experiences for me, there’s no way I can pick a favorite! The only place I’ll intentionally go to over and over is Byron Bay, Australia. It’s magic there. My next-to-travel-to places are Canada’s East Coast, Italy, Rwanda, Mozambique and South Africa.
What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?
I’m on Google street view in Mallorca, Spain and Paris, France! So random, so fun!
What is your favourite part of selling real estate?
Possession days are easily the best part! Whether it’s a purchase or a sale, possession days are the culmination of many hours spent dreaming, preparing, saving, looking, finding and it all comes together on possession day. I love that part!
What are your favourite books, movies, shows, bands?
Books: I love audiobooks and real books, non-fiction and biographies are my jam. Paulo Coelho, Brene Brown, Rob Bell, Robin Sharma, Scott Harrison, Darren Hardy, so many more Bands/Music: all over the map! Love to follow music suggestion rabbit holes but it could start with any of the following: Beatles, Chantal Kreviazuk, Andra Day, Beastie Boys, Amanda Lindsay Cook, The Arkells, Dixie Chicks, Lady Gaga, Mutemeth, Shawn Mendes, Arcade Fire, Taylor Swift, Tom Petty, Florence & the Machine, Joy Williams, CCR, Grace VanderWaal, I could go on and on Shows: not big on movies or tv, but have been know to enjoy watching Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Series of Unfortunate Events or Gilmore Girls with my kids
